Gotcha Day!!!

It is 4 am and I can't sleep. I am crying...I need to share my feelings with all of you. Thanks Lord that you sent us to China in perfect time. Victoria has a respiratory infection. My instinkt told me to give her antibiotic right away. The gotcha moment was very hard for all of us. Victoria screamed and kicked and fighted with me for an hour. She was so hot and so dirty. I was strong...I put all the clothes out of her and gave her a bath tub. She felt much better in moment. She relaxed and started to smile. I had some problems to take her out of bath. She was gray...sticky. We were so upset that they gave her to us in so bad shape...But now we know...It is so sad. Her foster family did not have a heater in the house. They had open fire in the room. This is the explanation of her dirt. (Even in her nose and ears) She had the smoke everywhere. Poor little thing. Her clothes (many many clothes) were black from smoke. They just tryed to make her warm...Yes I am crying now. You will be never cold again my little baby...I promise!!!
We love you Victoria mama and baba

What a beautiful daughter! I remember our trip in the middle of last winter...everyone heated with coal. We all had black 'stuff' happenin'. Yuck! Thank the good Lord that He has brought our daughters home to us!

I am here from my friend Lynn's blog. Oh my word. Just let it out, there is nothing wrong with crying. Your little one is safe and warm now with you. It's all going to be ok and you are going to make it through this just fine.
I will pray for you and your family. She is just beautiful.

What a beautiful girl! The foster family did the best they could, with what they had. It is obvious they cared enough about her to be sure she was warm. So glad you have her now, and can move forward.

I have been thinking a lot about you and your family lately....possibly because it is so cold where I live and I am hoping you are warm where you are! When it gets get cold here (and I am in my nice cosy home)I think of little Victoria's foster famliy trying to keep her warm till you could be there for her. I am so glad she is in your arms now. Hope all is well. You and your family are in my prayers.

Both me and my husband are going for perfectly planning for a baby. Since one of my friends had used it on herself and got the positive result. So we are going to use it too.
